SUMAC Group is looking for a committed and approachable candidate for HR Assistant position to act as the liaison between HR and the employees, ensuring smooth communication, who will support and develop talent though recruitment policies and procedures.


What we’re looking for?

  • Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.

  • At least one year of HR or General Business experience.

  • Excellent communication and people skills.

  • Monitor work for quality.

  • Good organization in the whole recruitment lifecycle.

  • Contribute to making the company a better place to work.


Your duties

  • Recruiting and staffing logistics

  • Post job ads and organizing resumes and job applications.

  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions.

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to HR Executives.

  • Submit employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.

  • Answer payroll questions.

  • Identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner.
